Model Railroad Signalling - Design and Planning Services
As part of the design work on the The N-Scale Delaware & Raritan Railroad project I am working on a computer-based interlocking system that will control the signals and switches on the layout. The system used for the development and design is based on the JMRI open source system.
The control system for the The N-Scale Delaware & Raritan Railroad is designed for the Digitrax Loconet system. The system used for control is a Sun Ultra-60 system which will be connected to the Loconet system via a serial interface. For design purposes I am using a Loconet simulator provided as part of the JMRI system.
I am also working on a JMRI based interlocking system for the N-scale layout at The Model Railroad Club in Union, New Jersey.
